Private Events at Red Castle
Red Castle’s game room is available for private rental! No matter what the occasion is, our state of the art private game rooms provide a unique space to hold your next event.
Our private room accommodates up to 8 guests, (for larger parties click here,) and is equipped with HD Smart Monitors to enhance your game or event.
Renters may use any of the games available in our Rental Library during their booking.

- $15 per hour during non-peak hours. (Weekdays before 5:00pm, excluding holidays)
- $20 per hour during peak hours (Weekdays after 5:00PM, all weekends, and holidays)
Private Room Rental Terms of Service:
- Red Castle reserves the right to decline any reservation for any reason.
- Game room rental bookings are by reservation only.
- Reservations are only confirmed upon completion of the rental agreement and full payment of the booking fee.
- Renter assumes liability for any damage to Red Castle location or property caused by guests.
- No outside food or drink is allowed. Exceptions are made for water bottles, birthday and celebration cakes and confections.
- Private rentals cannot be open to the general public with a cover or admission fee.
- Private Room Rental Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation will be charged the full rental booking fee. If you cancel within 96 hours, we offer 100% of your booking fee as a STORE CREDIT refund only. Cancellations made more than 96 hours prior to your rental booking will receive a full refund.
